Because I thought ps4 wasn't able to have backwards compatible games. The games are streamed using PS Now. They don't run nativelly on PS4. if you had an xbox they are compatible with Xbox one, but yeah for now only way is through PSVue streaming it but I heard PS5 will once again be backwards compatible which they skipped for Ps3/4 surprisingly.

Visually I think Fallout 3 has aged better. The Capitol Wasteland is a better setting for the technical limitations of the time. I was disappointed by the presentation of the casinos. In other respects I'd say New Vegas has aged better, though with mods the difference is somewhat negligible.
