Fill to the level of the fill plug. (can't remember the volume.I think around 750ml) Use 75/140 synthetic gear oil. Change both diff oils. Front is filled to the level of the fill plug (500ml). The rear must be measured and only 250ml is added. If you fill to the fill plug, the rear diff will be over-filled.
As far as I can tell I have an oil leak around my valve cover on my '08 Outlander Max 800. See attached pics. I read on another post that sometimes it isn't just a bad gasket when this happens but the valve cover itself can warp so I figured I'd replace the valve cover and gasket. (Doesn't look like the valve cover is too costly).

About the rotax engines in the atv's they are good but the only thing to look for when the miles add on is the timing chains.For the rest they are reliable.My 2006 800cc had 46400 kil. when I sold it and now my 2009 800r has 30000 kil. and did the timing chain job at around 23000 kil.But maintenance

Cam Am's web site indicated that there was an "All Season" oil change it available as well as a "Summer Grade" oil change kit. When I received the oil change kit, the packaging indicated "Winter Grade". The oil containers are yellow.
I believe it is 75W-95 for the front diff, and 75W-140 for the rear diff and gear box. 12oz in the rear diff, and 17oz in the front. I want to live in a world where courtesy and honesty trumps entitlement. A place where a chicken can cross the road without having it's motives questioned. 2.
