Took it to the local Citroën approved dealer who diagnosed the same fault and recommended replacing the adblue tank again. Citroën agreed to cover half of the cost since it was out of warranty. Here’s the kicker, a day after the adblue tank was replaced, the urea light and warning came on again.
Inspection shows that Adblue tank seems to be in the same location and the same size on both. The difference appears to be that the exhaust systems are significantly different. The 150 exhaust has a large box that takes up a lot of space, whereas the 120 has a more or less straight exhaust with a tiny box that takes up virtually no space.
2014 Citroen C4 Grand Picasso 2.0 HDi. Switched on ignition and Urea icon lit with 1200 miles message and car wont start. Ad Blue tank is full, always filled at home from a bottle, never used a pump at petrol station. Sensor on exhaust was replaced about 6/9 months ago. Obviously this isn't the first problem we've had with it!C4 Grand Picasso AdBlue. ker si lastim omenjeni avto (l. 2015) in nočem, da me servis "odere" , sem se postopil natočiti AdBlue tekočino kar sam. Ampak imam težavo, ker pokrovčka od rezervoarja ne moremo/ne znam odviti - v navodilih piše, obrnite za 16tino obrata in odstranite pokrovček, vendar kljub trudu ne gre. The AdBlue Warning came on this morning. It said starting would become impossible in 1500 miles. I went straight to my local cart parts shop, and bought 10L of AdBlue. The manual and also the AdBlue cap both said add at least 3.8L needs to be added. I poured in 4L and there was still space. 6L - still space. 10L still space!?

Good morning, I have a Citroen c4 Grand Picasso 2014 2.0 BlueHdi 150 horses. - message - refill Adblue. Of course there is Adblue in the tank. Everything else - no errors. Is there any way to cheat the signal from the level sensor? A resistor or something? Finally, I have an infusion under the 7th seat and I am able to keep an eye on the level c2Cr8C.
