Sleep tracking inaccurate. I'm not posting this to complain. Just hoping it will make features better. I just got the vivoactive 3 music. I noticed some parts of sleep tracking are incorrect. The device or software does not actually know the difference between light sleep and awake. I think this area needs more fine-tuning.

Contacted support about it and a month and an update later, it was still the same, Took me a few minutes to correct the offending sentence.
I have found several battery drain threads, but I haven't anything exactly with my issues. I can get about 4 - 5 days of battery life with normal use based on my setting, but if I use the GPS it drains significantly with one weird attribute. Case in point, yesterday I played golf for 3.5 hour and the watch started with about 98% battery life.
Garmin Vivoactive 5 notifications disappearing too quickly. I have a 2 day old vivoactive 5 and am having trouble with my headphones connection. It drops out consistently throughout my activity and is making me furious. Switched from Apple to Garmin and am sofar extremely disappointed.

I DISAGREE with HerrR with Garmin misleading features-- Garmin STILL advertises 13 hours of gps activity with "typical use" -- I can barely get 7-8 hours. I have not read of anyone's experience coming even close to 13 hours gps. I agree watch is not for elite athletes. But, let's face it, very few of us in this forum are elites.

My activities are syncing fine with the desktop Garmin Connect (and my IOS mobile app) but there are apparently updates that aren't syncing. I've tried deleting and re-installing Garmin Connect on my desktop but still won't upload the updates.
Last night I ran 3 miles on a treadmill using a pre-built workout. At the end of the workout I only got the option to "Save" or "Delete" (Once I had the calibrate option appear. I calibrated at that time on that treadmill, and I haven't seen it since.) Turns out with my FP and VA3 the distance was about 2.5 miles, the treadmill read over 3 miles.
